Gail Legaspi-Gaull
Principal & Head Coach
Gail Legaspi-Gaull is a senior marketing professional with 20 years experience in all aspects of marketing strategy and tactics. She has been instrumental in creating business-building, new products and driving insightful brand strategy. Her previous experience includes nearly a decade at Unilever, where she served as North American and Global Brand Manager of world-class brands such as Dove, Axe, and Vaseline. Her global scope included Latin America (particularly Brazil and Mexico), Europe, South Africa, and Asia. She also crafted product strategies for extending Unilever’s footprint in developing countries. In her time at Unilever, Gail spearheaded many product launches and managed blue chip advertising agencies such as JW Thomson and BBH, gaining valuable expertise in the application of consumer research. Her corporate career includes four years at Sallie Mae where she attained Corporate Officer status as the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy. While at Sallie Mae she also drove the brand architecture and branding strategy for entry of the brand into consumer banking. Gail has an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Management from New York University and a BSBA with a double major in International Business and Marketing from Georgetown University.
Betsy Kirkland

Betsy has over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing and project management. A creative, analytical, and highly energetic marketing professional, Betsy is experienced in developing positioning based on consumer insights to meet business objectives. Most recently, she served as Brand Manager for Sallie Mae where she helped re-position the Sallie Mae brand as the company expanded into new business lines. Betsy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Journalism with an emphasis in Marketing from Shippensburg University and Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University.
