You probably are familiar with the term "hat trick" and what an amazing accomplishment it is to score three consecutive goals in a game. It's the perfect example of a team performing at its absolute best (or luckiest), which is what we strive to achieve every day for ourselves and for our clients. You're wondering about the 3C part, though, aren't you? 3C refers to Customers, Competition, and your Company. Simultaneously scoring in each of these three areas is a marketing hat trick in our book.
What makes us a bit different and maybe even a little OCD, is that we're all about the marketing hat trick. It's practically a way of life for us. We believe the only path to sustainable growth is by paying obsessive attention to all three circles.
